Looking for A Generous Spirit

Hello people, I am kind of on a quest. I recently went looking for a good BE story and whilst performing my search stumbled across some writings and reviews for "A Generous Spirit" by one GhostHostBlue. This writing being credited as one of THE breast expansion novellas in circulation today. Having been a long term fan of BE fiction and not heard of this story I set about finding it.

Well, to cut a long story short (too late I hear you shout) I have now located it in HTML pieces on a backwater folder of iichan.net. I found the whole thing difficult to read this way and so endeavoured to download and put it together into a single openoffice document. Aside from adding a contents page to the start of the story to aid navigation the file is as is "warts an' all". However as I have begun to read it (I've made it to Chapter 4 - very sexy story so far but not much BE, loads of truely enormous breasts lovingly described though) I have noticed that a couple of the parts of some of the chapters are missing which makes the story a bit jumpy.

Which brings me to my questions;

Firstly, would anyone have a full copy of the story that I could fill in the parts that are missing?

Secondly, would anyone have a way of contacting GhostHostBlue, I would so like to bring his mountains of hard work back into the light, but just for shear credits sake and possibly copyright and general common courtesy I wouldn't dare do so without his/her permission?

Which brings me to thirdly, This is already a sizeable file (3.2Mb in Doc although strangely 621Kb in ODT format) so I wouldn't dare upload something so sizeable to this site without permission, if I can find the remaining parts (even if I can't) AND if I can get GHB's permission, could I have yours to upload the file for the rest of us to enjoy?

I warn anyone intending to follow up on trying to locate the file themselves my file stands at 302 pages long, although as I said, the story seems to be wonderfully crafted and there are some stunning ladies in the plot that are lovingly described and extremely erotic.

I don't know if you are aware, but as I was filling in my file ready for a full read through, I noticed that Part 4 Chapter 6 is missing it's start. On your copy the text jumps from

"...It was a sound of an entirely different nature " to "...well, that was a generous way of putting it,"

Which misses the last paragraph of chapter 5 and however much of chapter 6 it is that leads up to this sentence.

I'm willing to pass the missing paragraph onto you if you wish, but I would really like to get hold of the missing part. Other than this your copy has enabled me to almost complete this story.

Similarly if anyone else has this missing chapter either partially or complete I would be very grateful, I'm a completionist at heart and like to do a good job at whatever I set my heart to, so you will be assisting me in this endeavour.
