The same model who was billed as 'Vicki Little' in the early 90s, I believe. One of the supermarket tabloids ran a story about the 'surgical reduction' she had to cure her 'condition', after which she disappeared. (After all, who would notice her without those weather balloons stuck to her chest?) I recognize some of the same photos in this set. They appear to be scanned from magazines, which accounts for the crappy quality of the enlarged versions.
